Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to list?
Nothing. Listing your place is free. Optional visibility plans exist to boost your listing, but they are never required.
Does Eylovy charge a booking commission?
No. 0% commission is Eylovy's model, not a temporary offer: the price you agree with the guest is entirely yours.
How are payments and bookings handled?
Directly between you and the guest, however you prefer: bank transfer, on arrival, or your own payment provider. Eylovy connects and verifies — it doesn't process bookings or payments.
What do I need to get started?
Photos of your place, an honest description and your terms. We also verify every host's identity before publishing.
